Storyboards & Animatics
I enjoy putting together a storyboard and being the director of how an animation will eventually play out. The timing of each frame, sound and music is important to me to give the impact desired. Below are several animatics I personally made and edited.
Sweet Tooth
My Final Year Project that I created and directed while schooling at Nanyang Polytechnic. It was a group project and there was going to be another group to animate it, unfortunately the project was cancelled by the school and it remains as an animatic. My intention is to fully animate it myself one day. The plot follows Reese, a young boy who goes to the candy shop and is the lucky person to get a candy with $1000000 voucher inside. The greedy crowd chases him down for the voucher, but a devious girl, Odella, and her pet dog is the real threat Reese has to face.
Gimme my Milk!
A storyboard assignment I did while schooling at Nanyang Polytechnic. Mr Man brings his grandmother to the market, who wants to buy Fresh Milk as it helps to slim down her body. However her grandmother gets into a fight with another elderly woman, as both want the last carton of fresh milk. Can Mr Man stop the fight before things get too drastic?
Suburb Misfits
A storyboard assignment I did while schooling at Nanyang Polytechnic. Ronald and Clinton are two naughty best friends. They attempt to steal their neighbour's delicious bakeries, but the plan fails and now they're on the run from the neighbour's dog. Will they escape?
